The Women's Caucus is a non-partisan and multicultural organization of local public officials who are dedicated to advancing and empowering women as leaders and advocating for issues that improve the well-being of women and our constituents throughout the state.​

We Support

​The LOCC Women’s Caucus provides support for women in elected office and local government leadership positions throughout California. You’ll always have peers to consult with and resources to utilize.

We Connect

Political connections are always important. The more people you know around the state, the further you can go. But the Women’s Caucus also produces genuine connections that can turn into a mentor, friend, or sounding board throughout your elected career.​

We Teach

The Women’s Caucus can help you get up to speed on issues that affect your job.  We offer scholarships to many leadership development opportunities. It’s a highly valuable group for anyone trying to navigate local politics.

We Organize

Together we advocate for public policy priorities that benefit women.

Sharing resources on how to develop sustainable cross sector partnerships to advance gender equality and leadership, and hosting networking events for our membership and partners​

Offering leadership development workshops and updating our members on pertinent issues

SCHOLARSHIPS:

Providing scholarship funds for our members to participate in leadership development workshops such as the CA Women Lead and the USC Local Leaders
